1. delete or backup "EDIT00000000" in Documents\KONAMI\eFootball PES 2021 SEASON UPDATE\2024\save
2. delete or backup SMK_Extra1.cpk and spFileList.bin in folder download
3. Extract Files
4. Copy and Paste Files to folder download.
5. DONE !
